Heading out

We were fortunate enough to see the Braves defeat the Mets last night, despite Braves closer Dan Kolb's best efforts to give the game away in the 9th. To the chagrin (or amusement?) of those sitting with me, I was very vocal in letting Mr. Kolb know exactly where I judged his skill level to be, and that his comment last week that he doesn't mind walking a batter probably did not indicate the sharpest baseball mind.

After saying good-bye to the kids, we checked into the Comfort Inn & Suites that had our reservation - not the first one we stopped at. Then it was on to the airport!
